Loz, you're first choice was by far the best (no not the LD), I somehow dread to think of the (eventual) consequences but it could just happen, feelings are running high here.

You see as a state in the US, UK could still keep its identity, laws and traditions (like other US states) but still be part of something big but not europe. this could pave the way for other countires like AUS and NZ to join this super power.

Kwew I must say mate I hate this idea just as much as joining with Europe. The UK can stand on it's own two feet, it does not need Europe or the US holding it up. We are a mightier power on our own I feel, and joining with Europe or like Kwew said being another state of the US, we would lose our heritage. The UK should be run buy the UK and no else simple as that.

Conservative!!!! bah what a joke, they couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery, as for Maggie Thatcher the woman was a disaster look at the state of this country. And it all started with her and her bright ideas she wanted us to be like America nice and privatised and all looking after ourselves rather than supporting the average Brit.

Yes she did some good things but as i see it she did more damage than good(well not just her the conservatives in general)

I don't know who the hell to vote for!!!!!!

Lozhop.I would have suggested Antigua some years ago,
But for an English speaking enclave now I would suggest Dominica in the Carribean or Ponta Del Guarda in the Azores.
Best Bar in Ponta,Cafe Sport,alongside the Marina,Owners name is Pete.
