On another note I find it fascinating that many Brits who are to lazy to get up off their arse and work, are sponging off the state and complaining about Poles taking all the jobs:the reason the Poles are getting the jobs is that they are willing to put the graft in.Gone off on a bit of a tangent there but it just gets to me sometimes that with the exception of the armed forces, this country has gone from the industrious, hard working people of old to a nation of wayne and waynettas:fat slobs on the dole smoking and drinking and bringing their fat kids up to be just like them.[/quote]

Hoorah for that!!! There has been a survey here in Crewe done by proper business development folk. With stats and evidence. Poles are doing us proud, working long hours, sickness record is nil, doing jobs which lazy assed Brits wouldn't get out of bed for.

Tell that to the bloody Daily Mail!!!

Quick up date on the whole calves front, booked to see a physiotherapist tomorrow 1;30 got a 40 moment session luckily my GP was a absolute gem and was extremely understanding and helpful the reason she got me an appointment so fast was due to the fact I did so much training and she said she could understand how much of a pain it must be not training. There was a cancellation for one of the physiotherapists and bam I’m in

Will report back after the session tomorrow

You're a lucky one Stokes. My GP told me that there was no space on the immediate sesssions so I'd have to wait 4 months. Bollocks to that says I and 4 DAYS later, I have an appointment after going upto the physio therapist department and explaining my situation.

Well things are sounding good... The Physiotherapist said it seems only to be a minor problem... she’s given me some stretches and strengthening exercises to do and also advised me to drink 1 Isotonic drink with all the water I take on a day... there’s a possibility that it could be my body not having enough salt that caused this, plus the fact I was coming of the back of a infection.

Basically she didn't give a name to the problem but say that I should do light exercise on it stopping when I starts to tighten to stretch out the muscle and get rid of the tension.

Then report back to her in two weeks for a follow up appointment.
