SneakyWell all will be reviled when Princes Harry and William get out of training
So, you come from a long line of people who lack integrity, then? Surely, you don't intend to begin your career with a bare faced lie? Not only a lie, but a calculated deception merely to obtain your personal gain! If you lie about that, what else will you lie about for further personal gain? If you are dishonest about that, what else will you be willing to be dishonest about? It's types like you that end up on the receiving end of a little "Regt. discipline" after proffing from their muckers or some such! The worst one I saw was CASEVACed from Cyprus in '85 and spent several months in CMH. This was his own "mates" did it to him, mind! The bottom line is, if you can't be trusted to have a little inegrity out the outset, where is the basis for your mates placing trust in you along the way, especially when THEY all did the right thing?letsrole wrote:All my family dislikes the royals but they have all had military careers, guess I got it from them (obvouisly I wouldn't tell others this feeling e.g. careers officer, I'm not that stoopid).
I for one cannot believe you have the gall to come on this forum and spout that you have no time for the Royal Family, but want to be in the military and so will happily lie during a solemn oath for your personal gain. That is absolutely dispicable and I firmly recommend that you not only take a long hard look at your intent to join the military, but also at your personal values in life. Do you or do you not want to be a man of substance? If so, shake your bloody head and sort yourself out, because I think you just blew your wad around here, sunshine!
By the way, in many states the penalty for lying under oath is around four years in prison and in some it is death! Perhaps that gives you some indication of the seriousness of what you have said.
Uh, did I say that out loud? Where's me tourettes pills?
