Well i have been laying off the training lately due to shin splints. Im going back in to full time (5 days a week) training at the beginning of November.

Theres also a lad from my town who starts foundation on the 5th to, which Im told by my AFCO is great because when times get hard we can talk about home.

So where abouts are you from? How old are you?..

18 from wales mate, at the moment im still training hard too keep fitness levels up for recruit training etc, but i got to admit sometimes it gets tiring training 5 times a week by ur self lol, them roads can be a lonely place :).
i cant wait to get in because at the moment im just training, then sitting about in the day bored as hell, and i live a few miles away from my mates so u could guess things get pretty damn boring. roll on 5th december

For PRMC i trained 5 days a week for about 8 weeks, but for the last couple of weeks my fitness wasnt improving, i seemed to have a reached a peak. Thats why this time i am only going to train for 5 weeks full time, and also the shin splints are taking ages to f@#k off

lol sounds real painfull mate, yeah after this weeks of training im going too take a weeks rest with the running and do the old pullups pressups and weight work, i want to try get a few lbs on me, ive lost hell of a lot of weight thru the running. Yeah mate i hope them splints heal up, sounds pretty damn painfull, id hate too have em too be honest

Well I wouldn't be too worried about people being able to MSN him, hardly scary is it...

Plus it's good when people post their MSN addresses - you can Google them and see what other forums they use.. :D

lol yep, i used to be a drummer, was into reading music and all bigtime, i somewhat came out of all that tho when i began getting into fitness, a pitty really as i was getting into a lot of jazz and stuff, a lot of you oldies here may know about the old jazz :)
