I'm on day 6 of my second consecutive week of this programme.

Boy is this fun!

*Pauses to knock out 25*

You gotta love it; I'll be reaping the rewards in a couple weeks when POC comes around.

Hats off Coops,

Mike

nice one mate, i'll start this tomorrow too.. I so badly need to increase my max. I think i will follow this for pushups for a week, then the following week do it but with sit-ups and see how that goes. :)

It's well worth it Cinder my man.

The trouble is - keeping to the strict times. I've managed it because I am on study leave, and so have all the time in the world (it also gives me an excuse NOT to revise). However, on a quick trip into town today I did get a few interested onlookers when I got down and did the dirty in a carpark just before getting into my car.

Good idea re: situps. Not my 'worry-area' so have never considered it.

Good luck,

Mike

I have all the time in the world too.. so nothing to get in my way each hour. Unless i'm in town, but what's got to be done has got to be done.. :)

Sit-ups aren't a huge concern of mine either, but if it increases my max then i'm all for it.. all the best mate.
