They are trying to wipe out the globe and laurel crest and have been trying to for some time. I will continue to use it as it is OUR Corps Crest and symbolises all that the RM has achieved over the years.
Drums beating, colours flying and bayonets fixed...

I even know the bloke who had it away Harry. "Dick" Emery. Last seen running the Prince of Wales Public House in Leeds. He also took out an advert in some weekly magazine where you could buy and sell ought.
