that sounds more like it?????

2km equals 1.24 miles
2.4km equals 1.5 miles

Ok in that case then I must be running 1.5 miles in 9 mins 20 secs not 9 mins 20 secs in 2 miles...

I'm going to re-calculate the distance I'm doing & time myself with people's help more accurately.

1.5 miles in 9 mins 20 secs sounds more realistic than 2 miles looking at it now so thank you all.

I am just so determined more than anything EVER to pass Selection in 2 weeks so I can hopefully crack on with my Army Musician career!!!

Yeah good man for the determination though, there are plenty of route calculators on the internet which are good.

I think HRH hit the nail on the head, you've probably measured the distance in km rather than miles.

If we take your time of 9:20 for two miles, that would give you a 1.5 mile run time of 6:55!

That is possible to do but I think if you were THAT fit you'd know about it!
