Should i train more before applying?

The harder you train the better preped you will be for ADSC and the ITC at catterick.
BARB TEST 60
WRITTEN MED PASSED
FORMAL INTERVIEW PASSED
ADSC PASSED
INTAKE 30TH NOVEMBER 2009 ATR PIRBRIGHT

Infantry run time is 10.30 regardless of what Regiment you go to except the Paras which is 9.15.

A run time of 12-12.30 will get you on Pre soldier training which is a further two weeks prior to your 26 weeks training !!!

That info is actually wrong, yes i know you are a recruiter but someone somewhere is passing on the wrong times.
Things you feel like doing after being hit in the liver :
-Vomitting
-Suffocating
-Shitting yourself
-Passing out
-Crying for your mummy
-Stop taking part in any kind of violent sport.......

10.30 is the time needed for Infantry to avoid SPC course

9.45 is Para however they like applicants to run 9.15 to be safe hope that clears that up

10.30 for infantry
9.18 - 9.40 for para dependent on the static lift
why is there so many questions like these coming up all the time?
you shouldn't be thinking about what times etc you need to get, to scrape through.
just go there smash the f*@k out of it and give 110% and u'll be fine! :multi:
