what date and what ADSC you going. i dont think it matters how many heaves you do. think they only count your sit ups and pull up.

Pull-ups and heaves are the same thing (depending how you do them)
If you are having trouble with heaves, the thing that will help the most is practice. Buy a chin-up bar for your door-way and just bang out your max everytime you go through the door. They are only a tenner or so from Argos.

croker you aren't required to do pushups at selection mate... unless something has changed. but in any case i would recommend banging out as many as you can do at least 4-5 times per day if you still what to improve, do more reps every week.

Your upper body strengh will only count when your are doing the "can" run on the day u will do this up and down at a of total of 5 times do not drop it as you will fail . sit ups and press ups and pull ups iit's jst best effort .

Your 1.5 mile run it needs to be under 14 mins to pass .. depending on what u are going in for ... with the RAC u need be running below 13mins and 15 secs .

Plus you will have a team test .. make sure u are well heard speak clearly and make sure u get noticed ...

And dont forget they want you to pass.
