Becci, I was a little concerned when my form went off, I've an allergy and the office weren't sure if it would be a problem but they said it was all ok. As long as you don't have anything that is on the sheet that they gave you then I'm sure you'll be fine.
Have they said when you'll hear back?

What surface are you running on Becci?
My application is going well, had to run and do press ups and sit ups last week, I didn't think I'd done that well but I'm being put for selection in the next few weeks. My training is going to be a little off this week though, I got a tattoo down my side today lol.
Thanks Colleen and congratulations! What are you going in as?

yeah i went to glencorse aswel, i promise ya you have nothing to worry about its so easy.
You do your run on quite a hard surface its like a mud track, and when you get half way there is a gate you go round and you head back, so when you get to that bit just pick your pace up.
You dont do sit ups or pressups, you do a static lift, pull ups but it doesnt matter if you cant do any, 3/4 of the girls there couldnt do any just try your hardest to pull yourself up and dont let go til they tell you to because that shows your determined, and then you a jerry can lift which is 5 times up and down the gym at the pace of the instructor, jus make sure you got a good grip on them when you set off and its easy, they start to slip and thats when its difficult.
After your run on the 2nd day you will have the team tasks, jus make sure you praise people and offer to do things like if the corporal says who wants to go first stick ya hand up because thats what they look for.
Good luck, and let me know how you do

I am currently running on pavements, roads, and grass so a bit of a mix really.
Got my medical back and they want further info not sure about what but i have to go back to my doctors now, im begining to think i am not going to pass the medical althought i am fit and healthy but io am not going to give up.
Been resting the knee as i was told my my friend who is an army medic to rest it for 2-3 weeks and not put it under pressure so press ups and pull ups for me latley.

Hey knee is feeling a little better thanks been having some ret days in between running and trying to mix it up a bit so the strain is not so bad on my knee so it is getting stronger.
Are you looking forward to your selection how long will you be away for ?
Good luck and remember when you feel like giving up push harder.
