I work nights so I usually finish work, train and then straight to bed

I then let my body wake up naturally (usually around the 7 hours mark) and I feel great for it. Obviously things will change during RT but for now sod the whole alarm clock thing :D

Okay.. I'm naughty.. My alarm goes off and I have 'just another 5 minutes' and I'm not getting motivated. During training I'm not going to have a choice and so I thought I should learn to wake up early now rather than learn the hard way. Any tips on how to wake up and get motivated early?
Get a girlfriend who will slap and pinch you untill you get your boney ass out of bed .
We're not talking about Stokey still are we? :D
I joke, I joke, chiillllllllll wiiiiiinston. 8)

Also, here's a fun fact. When you wake up, go to your bedroom window, open it and embrace the fresh air. Then crack on asap.

Leave's you with some hard nipples but work's everytime.

Sorry i didn't see you're question at the bottom of the post there mate, I sit naturally at 12 stone ish (168 pounds) little heavyer at the moment but i do cut down to middle weight (165 pounds) easyly enough.

With still growing and all I will obviously go up in weight and have risen pretty quick with my last grown spurt/ adding more muscle naturally.

Nice. How tall are you then? That's quite heavy for someone of 14-15years of age.

15 and half mate, and I’m 6 foot 1" I believe, last time I measured I was six foot and that was about 6 months ago... think I’m right in saying I was 6 1" last time I went for a medical. Don't quote me on that one though.

Fairly broad shoulders to, used to be a string bean... the lanky one, but I’ve grown into my body now.

By the sounds of it you're gonna be a big fella when you're in your twenties.
Then you'll see how hard you can throw a right. 8)

Hopefully, the thing is I’ve been working hard on conditioning as well as explosive/maximal strength so I’m keeping the fat off and keeping as fast with my hands and feet as possible... might be a big lad when I’m older but I sure still what to be a racing snake :P

Look at mike Tyson, huge, powerful but still fast… never going to be as good as him though, and that’s not a put down to my self he’s a natural talent, once a decade kind of thing.

The idea’s there though

Decent size and height at 15.

If you were in the US your highschool would be pushing you hard in "football" by now.......you'd be twice as big, and juiced up to the eyeballs.

God bless America!

Wholley will give me enough stick for this, but there is an enormous amount of pressure on those up and coming "big kids".

I wish schools would push pupils more over here... I mean obviously not to hard, but the "it the taking part that counts" attitude has a lot to be accounted for if you ask me.

I take part in sport for a few reasons, number one TO WIN everything else is a bonus.

That’s why I love boxing, the coach's aren’t scared to push you and try and brake you, for me it's a game of, see how hard you can push me coach, I’ll never brake me... I'll haply stay behind after training and do a few more rounds on the bags/circuits just to show my coach he can't beat me  I really get on with all the blokes at my boxing gym though. Good laugh like they nick named me the keen been

All that said my coach doesn't half kill me (but shhhh) I just wait to get in the car home to collapse :D

So I wouldn't mind the U.S. P.E. teacher :P
