The bleep test goes upto level 22, although I know of nobody that has reached this, the best I have ever done is 14.3 which was fun watching the PTI's faces after I did this.
1.5 Miles = 07.49
3.0 Miles = 17.06
5.0 Miles = 29.48
6.0 Miles = 35.39
10 Miles = 1.01.07
13.1 Miles = 1.21.35
Bleep Test = 15.4

Wasn't there a dit that David Beckham and a rugby player had completed it once?

Nice times there Chris, you're clearly a natural runner, best half marathon I ever managed was just over 1hr 30min, and I could actually run then

Those times are good, I don't think they are near professional standard mind you. In a local fun run I did a 3miler in about 17minutes and while I thought it were a good time I found out the guys in the top 10 were knocking it out in 15minutes. :o :o :o

Lawrence Dellalio got a ridiculious score on the bleep test, not too sure about david beckham. Whats the highest score they go up to on the bleep test.

ive just did my prmc, and it runs upto level 13 for maximum points, minimum you need to score is 10, but 11 if you scored low on the mechanical phase of the psycometric test!

I wouldn't worry about your cardio, if your are hitting 12.02 on yr VO2 then you are doing well. How are you getting on with yr press ups, situps, pull ups and burpees? Also on the day what ever you do do not stop anything until your body gives up on you. If there is one thing that will really annoy the PTIs it is someone giving up when they have gas left in the tanks just because they think they have done enough. Part of what they are testing is how fit you are but they are also looking for perseverance.

Good Luck,
Von

I cant agree with this statement more, just keep pushing, even if you've had your warnings or whatever on your bleep test, and you know your going to fail, keep running till they call you off!

Good luck

There is also a press-up test download somewhere, like the bleep test but you do press-ups to the beat.
