The book has a few different circuits in it, but it also covers in detail diet, warm ups, cool downs, and a wide-variety of exercises, mainly bodyweight, but with a few free-weights as well. Each part of the body has a load of exercises graded as easy, tough, and killer. Each exercise also has a couple of demo photos (in the same way the Green Bible does), I've posted a couple on here somewhere.

The main circuit is "The Nod Circuit Programme" and is an 8 week program that up's intensity each week. For example Week One involves three timed circuits, and four rest days, then week two starts with "The Test Circuit", basically you time yourself, then calculate the time you need to complete it next week (E.G; if you do it in 12mins this week, next week you need to aim for 9.) The rest of the programme is much of the same, though the authors have put a fair bit of variation in each week.

After Week 8, there comes The Beast Circuit (posted by someone here.)

Then there are a wide variety of sports specific circuits, maintenance circuits and the SBS Challenge Circuit.

The final chapter is all about injury, exercises to recover, or while you recover, how to deal with injury, and of course, ways to prevent them.

All in all I found it a solid book

I have this book.
I found it a really good book but if you cant get hold of it there is book on Amazon called "Fighting Fit: the complete SAS training guide" which is also really good, personally i think better.
Might be worth trying
