Cost a bit more than over the counter insoles but nearly the same as orthothingys, http://www.yoursole.co.uk. Ive got a couple of them and they are really comfortable.

I need one with a bit Arch support aswell as I suffer fallen arches.

Do any of these have good arch support?
Just Lie back and think of England.

Yes, I had fallen arches aswell. The arch is pretty high, after you heat them they mold to your feet and have great support.
