Get yourself seen by a doctor mate, tell them whats going on and if necessary a physio.

You could also use grippers which has been suggested which also works your forearms or buy a giroball which works really well. See how they go.

The PTI (dont know if he still it one) Paul 'Dixie' Dean holds the current world record for press-ups in one minute. Im not if sure thats still standing lads??

I saw that in the 'Royal Marines Commando' recruitment book i was given when i was 16 by a huge corporal (back then he was!) down at the AFCO nicknamed 'Gaz'.

The record he set was absolutely intense - 116 :o

I take my hat off to anyone who can do that many in two muinets let alone one!!! to be able to proform that many non-stop would be a nice aim for myself! its almost 2 a second, "Intense" does it no favors thats bloody crazy :o !
