Make sure the grass is dry or if you can get yourself to a gym hall or ash pitch.
I think the PARA VO2 max test is the same as RM and stops at Lv13 so thats what you should be aiming for.
Ok thanks for the advance warning, if garden grass is bit to slippy then down to me local park on the footy pitch where theres plenty of grip when dry due to the footy boot studs roughing up the mud when wet then drying up in the sun.

Whats a PARA VO2 max test ? if you are on about the MSFT it goes a lot higher than level 13
Yes I know it goes higher than Lv13, I said that if the entry tests are the same as the Marines then the VO2/Bleep/MSFT test stops at Lv13 and thats what he should be aiming for.
its hardly spectacular, one of 2 para boxing teams training session wasd to to do the bleep test to level 12 2 minute rest then up to level 12 again, 2 minte rest then you guessed it up to level 12 again
Now that is really really really spectacular.I reckon' even David Beckham can't do that.
The para bleep test stops whenever the recruit cant keep up. wether its 11 or 21. my mate got upto level 16 when we did it in screening week. the rest of us died around the 12-14 mark. then we got ragged around the gym hall for a further 30 mins. it was disgustingly hard. how come marines stop at level 13?
Sorry, to bring this old post back up. But i was wondering, i bought a disk from ebay with the bleep test on it. But it has a test for 15metre and one for 20 metre. My mate in the police cadets say they get tested on the 15 metre one, but i was just making sure that id be training with the one. Ive been using the 20 metre one, and ill be retested it tonight just to make sure im improving
