Alright lads,

Did some number crunching. If hankins and co are 927 then the 18th of this month will be 928 and we might be 929 troop if my logic works or i could be way off the mark.

Yeah good to see some lads from MFAT. Met some of the other lads at the AFCO office the other day for final brief and they seem sound as well but we will see how it goes.

Regards

Yeah I had my final brief this Friday. Am I correct in thinking we are all arriving on the Monday? Or are you all getting there on Sunday? (just double checking!). I should be there at 15.30 according to my train times.

Just hit a stumbling block.....I went for a run last night. The run itself was fine, until the very last part....then my hip (my longterm injury) started aching. The rest of the evening it hurt a fair bit. Today it is still there, not as painful, but I can feel it.

I dont know whether to put off RT again (this would be the 4th time) or just go for it. I'm tempted to just go for it no matter if it heals or not as I have been waiting near on 2 years now, or to wait (and piss off my AFCO again - as all my docs have been sent off now).

Still go ahead for this date, you have a couple of weeks to recover. If you do make it, then your hip plays up in training, hunter can fix you up! It must be annoying having this reoccuring injury, but I would say dont train for at least another week, as it has been pretty long term.

might of seen eachother out n about then if we're close, where abouts in Purbrook? Training been goin good, gonna step it up now since i've got a time scale i can push myself harder, been alternating 3/5 milers hard/steady pace. Tryin to ease off the weights onto the own body exercises has been a pain but gettin there. Gonna start some sprint sessions as ure anaerobic ability builds up quick n leaves quick. How about yours? you go to fitness first?

Hello mate!

Great to hear form you! Sods law I got you two skates with me on RT :P nah just joking, thats awesome mate!

Yeah I think I'm just gonna go for it! Have you done much training since our PRMC?

One more thing...My AFCO sent off my measurements the other day and he put my inside leg down as 33, when it is actually 31! So I now have to tell them when I get down there that its 31! I thought he would do it, but he said it was too late! I expect a few thrashings for that when I get down there!

alright lads, people were asking about troop numbers a few weeks ago, well my mate has just left the foundation block and hes in 928, there was an intake on the 18th (929) an were next, so that would make us 930 (according to my mate lol, if its wrong its his fault lmao).
