Shoulder Injury prior to POC 5th June

Hmm i reackon maybe you should further your POC and give your shoulder abit of a rest, depends how bad really doesnt it, if you think you can push trhough it go for it. I had that acheilles tendonitis thing playing on me when i first started seriously running and that was agaony, but i decided id just push trough it since it was just the beginning, but then your ready to do POC, let it rest i reckon, but keep training in all other areas

I went, passed and it gave me no grief - however it is lacking in strength and my upper body RMFA scores were low! Although the lack of pain might be down to Overdosing on Ibuprofen big time - my stomach's FUBAR! cheers for taking an interest though.
