I used to do them but they were not working my heart hard enough.
Why weren't these hills working your heart enough ? :lol:

im staying there with my grandparents, they live up in hereford so i will be running back and forth from there...my dad was an ex-bootneck and one of the recruiting officers is his buddy from ireland.

I would get lazy after 3.5 miles and then jog up the hills, not sprint as the hill is too big WAY too big. It's like a 200 meter hill, witha fairly steep incline.
THinking about leaving already!
