You will find that most people can do a lot more than six, on the POC you are told to aim for 16.

ahh ok, iv done them that style before, harder than the "regular" grip if u could call it that.

Palms facing in = Chin Up
Palms facing out = Pull Up

Yeh, that's one thing im going to be concentrating on prior to RT as when you do PRMC (even though I got 6) you get a tiny taster as to how important endurance in the arms/shoulders is.

I know this topic as been touched on alot specially in this thread but no one actually knows for sure...

What is the minimum for the blepe test...
I know your saying depends on your test results...but i was told mine werent bad! so from your point of view what would the minumum be?

im stresisng cos ive only ever done one once (wednesday just gone) and didnt do as well as i thought i would!

Please help people PRMC is in 1 week and 5 days!!!!

DLink I know the feeling.

If you can get above average scores on your upperbody stuff and give 100% I reckon you would be ok at low 10.

Put your embarrasment aside though mate and go and practice it, after running hard in the morning.

My scores at the moment arent great, but not bad

Push ups PB - 36 (by the time PRMC comes i could get 40 i reckon)
Situps - 63
Pullups - 4

I did it for the first time the other day (wednesday) and did it 9.7 i dont know why i stopped i coulda gone on but i didnt for some reason.
