When im watching the pool in my seat theres a giant glass window with the gym behind it. occasionaly you get the odd people who will put it to fast and ran alittle, try and quickly press the button because they are tired out, lose concentration with their feet, and fall over lol. One of the reasons a got my job was for the free gym but i've never used it. :(

I don't know if anyone did their PJFT in Brighton, or whether this is just coincidence, but LA Fitness is literally a 10 second walk from the AFCO.

If you have trouble with balance, I find that putting the incline up one button press helps a lot. Otherwise I end up flailing all over the place and falling over.

Yeah I definitely agree with that. If I'm 0% incline I feel like I'm about to fly over the bars at the front. Aside from that, 0% incline is much worse for your knees.
