So far my score have improved slightly.

60 Pressups(under 2 minutes)
80 situps under 1:31
14 chinups(over grasp and no pauses)
1.5 miles 8:33
8 miles 55:40, my best time ever was 50. 31 I think it was a strong placebo which made me run thet fast eg first 3 miles were done with 1 minutes off usual time. The way I did this was running with a rucksack up a hill 8 times(knackering) and this hill is big.

thats it really, I am not working and poncing off me mum for the meantime until I get a PRMC date. I find that having a camelback in this shite weather is a good thing.

Those are some excellent scores, Felias

When do you plan to have your PRMC?

I was just wondering what peoples opinions are on doing PRMC in summer compared to say autumn or winter (i.e. intense heat)?

I'm a winter/cold person and train best in this weather. If its a hot day, I sweat like a pig on a roast, even during my warm up and I just can't seem to do as well. Could be dehydration I guess?

Fab scores! Are they your maximum or what you do in 2 minutes??? I have been training for less than a 1 year improvements are already settling in.

I managed 62 pressups today in 2 minutes. But a key factor in doing more chinups is body weight, if you have nno fat on you then it is dead easy!
