Well in mate, you should be joining with me. I start basic on the 27th june. Again well in, whats your scores and how many passed.

P.S how did you find gym test 2? did you have to do lots of sprints at the end?

bleep test- 12.10
press ups- 47
sit ups- 55
asssault course- 3. 20ish
we ran the 3 miler as a squad.

We had a small prmc there was only 17 of us. 4 failed so it was quite a good pass rate overall.
I hopfully will start on 27th too i need to confirm it with my afco yet, so i should see you there. Yea in gym test 2 we were doing sprints at the end, i thought i was going to die. lol.

Do they let you rest during the pressups in the position or if you fail a rep do they let you come back up and start pressing away????? Are your feetheld on situps??? Do you do chin ups???

Ok mate, thanks for that. Whenever I do them I manage 45-50 maximum. Situps I can do 77. I think I naturally have weak triceps/pecs.
