Letsrole- The RM Captain who took me for my pre-POC brief ended up actually taking the course ( I dont know if this is normal) and I didnt call him sir in the interview but called him sir/staff in the course. I have to go back in a couple of weeks to have a chat with him about my future and I shall be calling him sir this time round.

Perhaps a forum should be made purely for those who want to vent anger, or generally slag off civvies/walters/women/those less experienced than themselves. Delete as applicable or do all of them depending on how small minded you are feeling.
