I'll go along with the notion that it was just an off day for this Cpl then , as most you guys that are serving or ex RAFP/RMP seem like alright guys.
ahhh another one whos screenname doesnt imply what he actually is?
Sorry but OCdt Elliot would have attracted too much attention..

Must be something in the free milk at school! (do they still do that?)

Lots of it about at the minute I wouldn't mind but what is it with wannabe Pebble Monkeys?
I've got loads of Rock mates who'd love an introduction or just 5 minutes in a darkened room!!!!!!!!!!

Apology accepted Elliot ( I do hope thats your surname!)

Don't let yourself fall into the Goonergreenhill category as you appear to have some potential padawan!

Bye the way RAFP/RMP is like UAS/ OCT they don't go ntogether very well!

19 years ago me Pop who was an PTI in the RAF passed away. He had left the RAF only six months before. Age 55. Prior to the funeral in Peterborough everyone had gathered at Mums House. My 23 year old Cousin turned to wearing his RAF uniform, nought wrong with that as I was in Full Blues. He however was wearing his RAF Police armband. I knew Pop had never got on with some members of that particular branch of the RAF and asked my cousin to remove it as a mark of respect to my recently deceased Pop.

My Cousin then informed me that I couldnt talk to him like that as he had a Warrent Card and I should be careful..................The only thing that saved his bacon was my Uncle, whom had the dubious honour of being the Twonks Father. Uncle was at the time a Chief Tech. He very quickly launched himself at my cousin and ripped the Armband off. At that I left them to it and carried on shaking hands with what seemed like Half the Air Forces PTI branch. Suffice to say the funeral was not a happy time for me or my immediate family.

The wake was held in the Sgts Mess at RAF Whittering his last posting before he had left. A nice touch as Pop was technically a civvie when he had died but the RAF had insisted that it be held there. It saved me, mum and me sister a lot of hassle and was much appreciated by us. The booze Flowed and it was great to hear all the stories about Pops life in the RAF.
I felt the urge to visit the little boys rooms and excused myself and ambled away in search of it.

Anyway there I was having a slash when in walked my cousin who then proceeded to inform me that I was very lucky that he was not going to take an further action. I finished me slash zipped up and turned to my cousin and smacked him one right in the kisser. turned and walked back out just as my Uncle was rushing in. Uncle came out a few minutes later with my cousin and informed everyone that Cousin had had to much to drink and had fallen over in the Toilet and broke his nose and he was going to take cousin away back to Mums House. I couldnt believe just what an A1 Prong my cousin had become. As it was I outranked him anyway so just what he was going on about was beyond me.

I found out that he was a Mini Hitler at his camp which was RAF Coltishall. He would have you for anything was what I was told by the PTI who had come from the same place as cousin to attend Pops funeral. he wasnt disliked so much as Loathed by everyone including his fellow Snowdrops. Later that year he was Posted to Gibralter and thats where his career ended at the ripe old age of 24. He was SNLR and on his final day in Gib had the sh*t kicked out of him by some nameless persons. This resulted in him suffering from epilectic fits. He's much better now but is still a loathsome little mini Hitler as he's a security guard at a warehouse in Winsford Cheshire. He avoids me like a plague and that just suits me fine.

Most RAF Police I met both before and after I joined up were just doing their job. Cousin however let all that "Power" go to his head. As to his two stripes I found out much much later that he was in fact an SAC and never made full Cpl. I suppose thats why he was SNLR after 6 years even though he had signed up for 22. He's there now you know, stood at his gate making life hell for lorry drivers with his "I'm in charge" act.

Mr Grass stain is a wannabe pebble monkey who has his sights set on II Squadron Supply RAF Regiment. If you want an excellent laugh do a search for some of his posts about how he steals from the camping shop he works in and how he is more then qualified to be a gunner because of the fact he works in the shop pmsl!

sorry to hear about your old man.

Yes, unfortuneatley we have our mini hitlers as you put it, they are few and far between and usually they are dealt with by ourselves. But some of them escape the net to victimise the punters.

You never said how your father got on with your cousin though, and perhaps thats why he was reluctant to take his armband off. Did they get on? I take it he had his whitecap on as well.

Still, lets not dwell on the past. Thankfully your cousin is not in our ranks anymore as he seems a right plonk.

V.Sorry to hear that this tw@t ruined what will always be a difficult day for you and your family. As I've said before like every other service we have our share of oxygen thiefs who aren't fit to wear the uniform. I must say that in his defence if he'd taken his police accoutriments off he would have been improperly dressed . He could have explained that rather than gobbing off at you! Better still knowing how your father felt he shouldn't have attended in uniform as a mark of respect!!!
As for the incident in the bogs... sorry mate I must have blinked and missed it !!! springs to mind. Sounds like a complete d*&^head! if you don't mind me casting aspersions on members of your family. Actually when was this ? He sounds familiar!!!!!
