jc, I think its my shoes as well

I never get the pain when I am playing footy on harder astroturf

the exercises on that page help me stretch the affected areas though, so is a nice plus

going to get a proper running shoe instead of the crap I've been running in

any recommendations, going to have a search around the forums as I remember some topics being posted about running shoes

Do a search first , if that does not turn up what you want then get to a decent running shop and ask for gait analysis

BTW do not ask for gait analysis in JJB or Foot locker , they will just look at you blankly

i belive it could be your trainers or you begining to start to run. but at least if you buy some good trainers, it will be a win-win situation in the end. unless ofcouse it is beacuse of another reason.
