Steroid advice

I weighed 9.5 stone when I enlisted, becoming 10.5 stone on return from Brize. Training properly demands fuel (food). When the food's in your body, it'll adjust to the workload by increasing size/weight - no more skinniness!

*Eat* properly and train. Hit your targets then reward yourself with a drink. A very good book for diet is "Food For Fitness" by Anita Bean (ISBN 071 364 79 49).
I'm 40, running 3 milers in less than 24 minutes - *still* improving my times, thanks to the advice in this book.
Steroids are *sad* and a cheat.
