what's the diff between a heave and a pullup then ?

Palms facing towards yourself = Chinups (what you have to do on RSC)
Palms facing away = Pullups (harder, for me anyway, and what you have to do on PRMC)
A chinup = a heave (I think) :D

Starting date basic/time left for training: Attempting PRMC again when I'm 18-19.


Maximum pushups in one go (chin and chest touching floor): 60
Maximum pullups in one go (palms facing away): 8
1.5 mile best effort: 8:36
3 mile best effort: 18-19 Minutes.

sorry, I meant heaves with pullups, I always get it confused :S

What are you intending to join/what are you joining?......... done my time
Maximum pushups ........... 75 (proper ones not those faffy girly ones :wink: )
Maximum pullups in one go.......... 10
1.5 mile.................10min 32sec earlier on this morning
3 mile .........................don't do it too often, bit difficult with the zimmer frame :lol:
