ok, everyone above this post should have one on their way. you all owe me a drink, but please don't expect something earth shattering, like i sed, most of its off the net where you can get it too, but its all nice and pretty and in one place if yoyu wnat to print it off and if u don't have any pamphlets form your AFCO yet.. well, enjoy!!!

ok, form now on everyone go to voodoo sprouts website: http://www.angelfire.com/ak5/reconteam/misc/rm.html to get it and try and crash their server!!!

i'm glad you all found it useful, i may add to it later and give sprout an updated version if you have any ideas for it.

And we have managed to crash the server, because I tried it and his website has exceded its maximum bandwidth. :D
