I do my running at about five in the morning so it's still quite cool, this mornign ist was only twenty oen degrees, quite comfortable really. But regarding the topic, I agree with Rabby, while you do need to make sure you prepare (getting dehydrated isn't a good idea). I'd have thought that even if you do find the running harder, as long as you put maximum effort in you should still get similar results.

And I do get a fair splodge of stinging on the face where I've shaved, probably due to salts being deposited in the broken skin. In any case I very much doubt it's a problem :).

Actually Rabby,When sweat evaporates from the surface of your skin, it removes excess heat and cools you. This is actually due to a principle in physics, which goes like this. To convert water from a liquid to a vapor, it takes a certain amount of heat called the heat of vaporization. This heat energy increases the speed of the water molecules so that they can escape into the air.

you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength, and just pull that shit out of you, and get that motivation to not give up, and not be a quitter no matter how bad you wanna fall flat on your face

Thats what I said!! I think, ya clever b*stard. You know what I mean, you need the sweat to cool you down, if you wipe it away then its useless.

PS. Sorry about the typing errors in previous post.

Running WHATEVER the weather!

Fellas you're getting to wrapped up in the intricacies. Just make sure you are drinking plenty before during and after, warm up and down properly as well.
If your intention is to join the Corps then you will need to be able to run hard and fast regardless of the conditions. As I always say "Train for the event".
