Hey, at least the Grease Nipples are a permanent fixture. You wont have to worry about taking horrible capsules of nasty tasting liquids.

A simple grease squirt into each knee every day will see you right

I think grease nipples are my last option at the moment. Ive got my Glucosamine & Chondroitin capsules now so im gonna see how these work out for a few weeks or even months there sopposed to work better then cod liver oil so the chemist said. But hey they know whats right. Cheers for all of your advice it has helped

In common with most bootnecks I have 'knees' I tried glucowotsit, but found it caused an upset stomach. Please let me know how you get on I may try them again.
Owdun, one of the more advanced in years was declared unfit for duty years ago, apparently he 'had a bone in his leg.'

Danny, that's the effect it had on me. it may have been my neighbour  , but it seemed to be the capsules. Now we are all entranced with your bowel habits, please keep us downlogged, so to speak.

if your having pains in your knee stop running all together and rest for a while.i had the same problem as you and i ignored it and kept on playing football and running.i eventually got told off a specialist i had to stop all excercise for 8 months as i had tore my cartlidge and my medial ligament.they didnt want to operate on me as i was only 15 and sent me to physiotherapy 3 times a week.i eventually got back to full fitness a year later but i found out the hard way. also when you are doing your running dont run on the road, run on grass as it is softer on your knees.
good luck for the future
