No it's not anything to do with arseholes. It's when you get Sambuca (liquor) keep it in your mouth then light it, then swallow. F*cking stupid really but when your drunk it sounds great. I spat it all down my front and all over the poker table, still lit and burnt the shit out of my lip. I also got hustled for £45 by my mates, w*nkers!! I'd love you to come an kiss it better.
