Well he assured me on Saturday that he had given Harry his previous service number to prove that he had been in the paras, so we shall see! Something tells me though that it will only prove 1 thing (if he did even give his number to Harry that is)!

UP, after reading your thread ref walts I feel the need to clarify a few things about you to the users of this site;

You posted on The Army Rumour Service site a while back under the username Utrinque Paratus, indeed claiming to be 2 para, transferred from RWF.

However, you now claim this to be untrue and say you haven't started training yet, although you have yourself listed as a serving paratrooper on your my space profile, lifted from your msn details that you gave to a site member over there.

See link;

http://spaces.live.com/profile.aspx?pgm ... 3465861388

Not only that, but you also posted on ARRSE under another username of Kaos_theory, and had a convo with a site member ref joining PF, again claiming to be a serving soldier. This site member put you in touch with two ex PF blokes who use the ARRSE website. Despite the fact your answer to some obvious questions ref your serving status were dubious, you were given advice in good faith and given the benefit of the doubt.

However, you forgot to remove the Kaos_theory link from your Utrinque Paratus msn profile ID, hence how you have been pinged as one and the same person.

Additionally, you have a picture on your profile page with yourself and your "mukkas"....but this is actually just a picture of you and some naughty boys on a look at life day.

The words pot and kettle spring to mind.

Are you even due to start training on the 22nd? Or are you just a complete liar?
I did start training with RWF and then transferred to para but was discharged 4 months later. I did indeed claim to be 2 para on arrse and i was wrong for doing so as i am no longer serving, but i felt that this was only a half lie as i was there before albeit for a short amount of time, and also felt that no one would give me any information if i just said i was a civvy. I havent changed my msn profile since when i was serving and that is the reason that is on there. Also i have neevr denied that the picture was me on a look at life course as is discussed in another thread where i receive a slagging for it. The reason i havent mentioned serving on here before is because of this exact reason, being labelled as a walt. I have passed my old service number onto Harry_Hackedoff and also to Flighty as i thought they might be able to clear this up. Although i dont see why my past has to be disected by a bunch of people i have never met, its not as if im making any outrageous claims. I have take a lot of useful information from this forum and mfat alike but for now i will just become a listener until this has been resolved. Ron im guessing that you are serving, so if you would like to give me a PM i will give you my service number and no doubt you can have someone check it out.

Regards

What confuses me is why you felt the need to;

1) Lie under your 1st username. There are plenty of EX serving on ARRSE

2) Create a 2nd username, also claiming to be a serving soldier

3) Told a member of the ARRSE site that you currently were training para's and had picked up a leg injury

I'm not an active member of this site, so will leave the regular members to form their own opinions.

In my book however, it's far more than a little white lie, and I don't know whether to view you with contempt or pity.

What you have just said totally contradicts what you wrote above in January. You quite definatley said there that you started training with the Royal Welch Fusileers but then left after 3 months of training due to family problems. Something doesn't add up mate, you have to admit it!

UP, just had chat with one of the blokes you spoke to ref PF.

You told him you were in 1 para. :evil:
He did tell me he was still serving, in 1 Para as well which I thought was a bit odd so didn't go into much detail

Make your mind up!

Do you really think I give a toss what your number is and when you were in Depot etc before you jacked? I am far too bloody busy to be checking out someone's life story, whom I don't give a damn about anyway. Saying that you were ex 2 Para when you were just a Joe constitutes a massive lie btw.

And if you want a response out of me don't hold your breath, I am out on Sennybridge training area DS'ing the next bunch of potential Pathfinders for the next week and a half.
