Get over it, guys: do you really think that there is a country in the world where this type of f@#k-up doesn't happen?

So nice of you to explain to me about civil servants: i did a stint at Oxford, you wouldn't believe what they make a foreign student go through.

But this is all over the world, or at least EU... France is worse though.
