Hi Wholley (and everyone else :) )

I thank you for making me at home in here

AT home in Canada it's getting cold ... nice to have warm friends and places to visit online for the long winter siege.... brrrrrrrrr Last year hit about -50 below celcius for a while ... and I'm not even winterized for this Province yet :o No winter coat (gotta get one soon somehow tho....yikes) and I'll have to stable my horse (bicycle) soon too ... so will be hermitting in my bunker surfing for learning and talking to friends.

By the way ... how much is 5 quid in Canadian Dollars?????

BEAST ... a special thank you for the extra efforts with my mistakes in registering and such.

Well ... I think I'll try a cuppa Billy Tea an Oz friend sent me :)

From my bunker I say FIDO

Take care,

Kanadiana

SLR slung across your chest with the Arctic sling, flash-eliminator is just about level with your left cheek( not that cheek, Rob  )
Hard uphill drag pulling the Pulk, had left me blowing for tugs one day, minus twentys and my tongue touched the barrell. :o
Resisting the obvious temptation, I cupped me gloves round the barrel and blew hot air on it as I slowly removed my tongue. Severe ice burn about one inch long.
Lucky I managed to detach meself as several members of the section had already began to undo their zips in anticipation of having to perform the I.A. in such circumstances. 8)

My Norge love goddess failed to see the funny side and we split soon after

Hey Mike ... thanks for the lesson :)

Well... when I was a stupid kid before grade 5 (still am) I stuck my tongue on a metal lamp-post (in this same Province) ... my sister said not to pull away JUST as I pulled away ... and I left some of my tongue on it while I dripped red stuff :o She laughed while I cried. Come to think of it, I never paid her back for that!

I haven't experienced a winter back home here in decades. Should prove interesting. :o :-?
