I'm not saying if you can do it your going to be mega fit, i'm just saying its a good pace to be doing on the highest level, plus i do other cv straight before/after it.

Why dont you use a bike on the roads and then run on the roads? instead of a gym. Save some moneh that way :-)

becuaseI've got a personal trainer who is an ex army PTI....and they all know my mum so I go cheaper

I do a gym workout in the morning, then I go either swimming, playing 5-a-side football, or running in the evening

I cancelled my gym mebership as it was £42 a month........

I find doign exercises outside are better anyway, but maybe thats just me. I found that in a gym there are to many people thinking that they are fit etc.. and wearing their designer clothes and that....

I just dont like gyms that much heh

I dont see the point in buying all the designer T shirts and pants/shorts. Your just going to sweat your arse out whilst your wearing them, the only decent thing you need are trainers, and thats for the support side of it not being designer

Aye thats what Im on about, thats all I got to. They have make-up on, perfume! whats that all about.
Anyway I find running up a hill is better than gyms. In Edinburgh we got Arthur Seat so its pretty handy having a hill in your city heh
Here is a pic of Radical Road on the hill, its baw bangin' when going up that at the end of the 3 mile route around the hill. Loads of ups and downs around that circuit. Better than a tredmill if you ask me heh :P
