This is an excellent pop up killer.

Adds a Google Title Bar to Internet Explore, and allows you to select/deselect pop up killer options.
A good piece of kit.

After follow these steps

Goto Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, Double Click on Administrative Tools, and then Services - Scroll Down and look for Messanger - click Stop.

this will stop all of your popups.
