Just got confirmation I'll be off to ITC on the 27th of January 2019.
Excited to get started and I know its not far away but just feels further due to the festive period being in-between.
Should I alternate between loaded marches (say starting with 5 Miles & 10kg Weight in boots) or focus on overall running and bodyweight exercises?
As added interest, is there anything the Army won't tell me to bring but will be permitted that'll make life a little easier throughout the CIC?
