Advice on selection

i am only just doing my BARB test iknow i have AGES but i am a very shy person and don't have the best of confidence im quit pooing it for the ice breaker and i am good at working in a team but im affraid my confidence would but be back in to giving out my ideas to the team in the team tasks. I am currently 15 and 8 months i also need to improve my fitness what would you suggest?

Work out some form of speech about your self your family and any thing else you can think of and practice in your bedroom. When you give your talk just think that you are in the room on your own. Speak in a clear voice and just look confident.
