Hey, I'm female and trying to bumb up my strength and fitness for training and selection of gunner special observer. My main goal is to, within the next two months achieve:
1. 1.5 mile run in 9:30 (boots and trousers)
2. 90+ sit ups in 2 mins
3. 50 press ups in 2 mins
4. 21 chin ups in 2 mins
5. Level 12 bleep test.
I am at the gym everyday and weight training every other day, but I was wandering if Anyone has done or tried out any harsh fitness programs to jump bump up my fitness and surpass my current capabilities, and if so could they please share them with me ?
