ADSC and spirometry?

Post by SWJ.303 »

Hi

I have my ADSC date (1st may) and have to have a spirometry, has a anyone had any experience with these or know someone who has had one.

Im trying for the parachute regiment, ive seen many different time minimum of 9.45 or 9.18 which.

Can anyone shed any light on these?

Cheers

You need to get under 9'40" at ADSC.
Then you go to PRAC, and the 1.5 Mile run there needs to be done in under 9'30".
It's a hilly route on a training area, unlike the flat camp circuit you normally get at ADSC.
