16 year old on RAF Apprenticeship?

Hi,

I am looking to get an RAF Apprenticeship in Communications and Intelligence but need some questions answered first.

1.What are the fitness requirements?
2.Will I be with other 16 year olds or will everyone be older than me?
3.Do I have to commit to serving 4 or more years with the RAF when I start the Apprenticeship?
4.Do I have to live on the RAF base?
