I have changed it so that on tuesday i do the beast workout and on thursday i do fintrap
Re: How is my training schedule?
Be good to test yourself with a split 3 mile run, like you do on PRMC:
1.5 Mile in 12 mins (8min mile pace)
1 min rest
1.5 Mile best effort.
I will read up on those two workouts...

Those circuits look really good actually!
I'm keen on keeping things simple unless you have someone leading like in a class or a PTI, to prevent time being wasted etc. but if you know these well enough then crack on.
The Fintan does indeed sound a lot like phase 1 gym type stuff. You do lots of sprinting agility activities between other exercises.
That's your Mon-Fri, are you resting on Sat / Sun?
I think this sounds realyl good. I'd throw in the usual advice about not doing serious runs on consecutive days to avoid injury, but you 17 year old footballer types seem to be indestructible!
Keep up the good work buddy and let us know more about your training progress.
