Training for ADSC.

So im dropping out of collage this week to train for ADSC.
Im going to follow the parachute regiment 6 week training programme on the Army website what i do need to do though iis bulk up a little.

Can anyone give me a diet plan that i should eat over the course of a week for example:
Monday:
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:
Inbetween Meals:

And so on that i can repeat for weaks on end thats going to bulk me up. I already do alot of physical sport so the muscle will come naturaly i just need the foods to do so.

When I joined we never bothered with such things as weight or diet, the only diet we had was a sea food diet.....and that was if saw food you ate it. With all the exercise that you should be doing you will burn it of any way, and as far as baulking up goes that comes with age

Hi pal,

I'm in the same boat as you, are you 18? As for food, just listen to your body and eat what you can, provided they aren't too unhealthy you'll be okay.

When are you applying?

for adsc just cut out the crisps chocolate and take aways etc. And the night before take alot of water on board
