I NEED SOME ADVICE!!

IF YOU COULD GIVE ME ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WISHED SOMEBODY HAD TOLD YOU WHEN YOU FIRST SIGNED UP WHAT WOULD IT BE?????

Im 23 years old, live in Cardiff but originally an Essex girl, i met and married my partner Gemma when we were both young. I am hoping to have a long career with the military police. I am signing up after Christmas in the New Year. At the moment i am doing as much research into army life and doing as much study as i can, working really hard at my fitness etc. My family seem to believe that i am already army barmy and need to think about every aspect of new recriut life................. ADVICE PLEASE
