question on med forms.

before i start, unsure if this is the correct place to post, so move or what not if incorrect thanks!

My mates med forms have been sent up to the adsc which he will be attending, but have been sent back, he is unsure for the reason as he will have to open the forms himself or something on arrival back to his acio.

I would like to ask if any others have had this before, and on what time scale is he looking at for the forms to be sent back? so far they are at the month mark?

My second question would be for myself which is. would anyone advise takeing there own iron up to catterick? also when chooseing the specialist trade thing for infantry when does this actually happen? im due to start my phase 1 up there shortly, but have not been given a direct answer on this one!

Unfortunately cant really answer many of your questions and won't attempt to as im not a specialist in that area.

The only 1 i will comment on is the Iron question ? Not much to say except for use common sense on this. If you going to need to Iron your gear then its probably better taking your own iron. And as its possibly phase 1 or 2 training then i think you know the answer to that question before asking it.

thought better safe than sorry on it thanks for the reply tho, i didnt get a "meet the troops" on adsc so many of the questions i wanted to ask about training didnt happen!
