Hi guys,
How can I improve my upper dody strength for adsc, I mean i'm going to be getting some jerry cans or something similar to practice with and I have a beam thing in the house which I attempt to do heaves on but it's not a proper beam.
It's a part of the house hahaha so yeah i'[m be going to the gym for that probably but yeah any other ways?

Push ups, pull ups, and a bit of weight training, but don't gp mad at it just do each day what you are comfortable with and work it up over time.
