so i have been doing more and more press ups and i find that sometimes i get pain in my wrists, usually i keep going but more pain just makes everything harder lol, any idea how to strengthen the wrists?

Try not to put a lot of pressure on the palm and wrist area when doing pressups, put most of it towards your fingers and knuckles if that makes any sense. Plus, if you're doing pressups with your fingers facing inwards or indeed ouwards that might make it worse. Maybe have some more calcium and stretch before and after? As for strengthening them, you could get some of those things that you squeeze lol forget what they're called but they're not expensive. Or just have a tommy-tank :) that'll be more fun.

lol thank you, and yeah i will try and put pressure more on my fingers than palms.

I had this probelm at first mate. Eventually your wrists will get used to press ups, mine did anyway.
