Try not to put a lot of pressure on the palm and wrist area when doing pressups, put most of it towards your fingers and knuckles if that makes any sense. Plus, if you're doing pressups with your fingers facing inwards or indeed ouwards that might make it worse. Maybe have some more calcium and stretch before and after? As for strengthening them, you could get some of those things that you squeeze lol forget what they're called but they're not expensive. Or just have a tommy-tank
that'll be more fun.
