Do Army applicants have to get a security clearance like the navy?

not for all jobs, depends on what your going for???

Infantry, Paras, RA, Commandos, Armored Corps.

Then you should be fine However im now getting worried about all your questions about medical/security and other problems, it feels to me like you have something to hide???
