HRH, arm/elbow should be at a 90 degree angle when lowered.

I'm going to selection on Thursday 16/07/09 got the call today and picking up tickets etc on the 9th.

I guess then i'd be able to tell you if it's mixed or not :D

cool thats less than 3 wks away right

did u have to do a pre-adsc?

when u say 90 degrees do u mean like parallel with the floor?

16 days and yeah parallel. I didn't have to do a pre ADSC just the interviews, BARB and forms.

i got pre adsc on the 17th july 14 days and my run time is pretty bad its like around 13 min im hoping to get 30 sec better in the next 2 weeks but shoulod be able too if im running ith other people you give up more when running on your own

All other Corps says 14min but you want to aim to be well within that, at my careers office they wanted me to be under 11mins before putting me forward and although Para is 9:18-9:40 they said get nearer 9 to be sure so really go for it.

I'm going to Pirbright on the 16th....now that would really be a missed stop on the train if i made it all the way to Glencorse when i was mean't to jump off in Surrey!! :D

I think the granade test is just to see how you retain information, they tell you all about a granade then test you on it the next day i think
